This delightful blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the south of France delivers waxy lemon and yellow apple aromas layered with mineral notes. The palate is a mirror of the nose, tangy and lemony and concentrated with a hint of pine resin and green almond on the finish. This is not a flashy wine, it has more restrained and is a perfect food wine with seafood, white meats and starters.
